Eucalyptus Mint Shower Mist

A super quick recipe for invigorating spa-like showers everyday. Just spray in the warm shower steam and breathe deeply.

Ingredients:

• Purified Water

• 2 Tablespoons Witch Hazel

• 20 Drops Therapeutic-grade Eucalyptus Essential Oil

• 20 Drops Therapeutic-grade Peppermint Essential Oil

Tools:

• Measuring Spoons

• 1 clean dark colored 4 oz glass spray bottle

• Small bottle funnel

Directions:

1. To your 4 oz dark bottle ( blue, black, or amber work best) add witch hazel, Eucalyptus, & Peppermint.

2. Top off to brim with purified water. Do not use untreated tap water as it can grow bacteria.

3. Shake, cap off with a mister, & enjoy!
